dc.description.abstract | This document provides an in-depth exploration of four major leadership styles commonly observed in educational settings. It explains the characteristics, advantages, and limitations of each style. Autocratic leadership emphasizes control and quick decision-making, while democratic leadership promotes collaboration and participation. Laissez-faire leadership offers freedom with minimal supervision, suitable for self-motivated teams. Transformational leadership focuses on inspiring and motivating followers toward shared goals, fostering innovation and personal growth. The resource also highlights the 4 I’s of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. | |
